Gen’s gregarious nature and nurturing style, along with her early background in visual communications and design, have given her the ability to creatively develop connections with people. These strengths help her cultivate and foster strong relationships and become the clients’ trusted point of contact.
As Echo45 Advisors’ director of Concierge Services, Gen spearheads the firm’s white-glove service training program, manages the day-to-day office operations & human resources, performs clients’ administrative needs, and supports portfolio management execution.
Prior to Echo45, Gen was as a registered senior client associate at Merrill Lynch, in addition to various administrative roles, for nearly two decades. She was also a client associate coach, responsible for training new hires and orchestrating strategies for smooth transitions into their role.
When she isn’t engaging with clients, Gen spends time with her adult sons, the most lovable boxer/pit bull mix named Carter, and their sassy tabby cat, Ashleigh. While her home base is Concord, California, she seeks adventure by plane, train, or epic road trips, experiences cultures through food and art, or camping deep in the forest. She revels in finding new recipes, passionately cheers on her favorite sports teams, and stays active with early morning walks with Carter or hiking.
