Cole is a highly personable leader who excels at building meaningful connections with everyone he encounters. Having been with Echo45 since its founding in February 2020, he has played an integral role in shaping the client experience. Before transitioning into the financial services industry, Cole spent over five years in hospitality honing his communication skills and learning how to adapt his communication channel to best suit the audience at hand. This background, combined with a BA in Organizational Communications from California State University Channel Islands, allows him to deliver exceptional, high-touch service to every client.
As Director of Financial Coordination, Cole now leads the charge in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience as they navigate the financial planning process. He works closely with the planning team to ensure each client’s financial journey is carefully orchestrated, from onboarding through to the creation of a personalized financial plan. Beyond the initial process, Cole continues to advocate for clients, providing support and guidance whenever needed.
Originally from Southern California, Cole is proud to have served as a Ventura County Fire Cadet, where he helped raise over $25,000 for muscular dystrophy. These days he calls the Bay Area home and enjoys a variety of activities including travel, skateboarding, golfing, fashion, reading, and live music.
